Didn’t fix the issue. Have now called twice for a new appointment with no return call. Communication is horrible.
Sam was a great service advisor.
So many things went wrong…poor communication, a warranty leak repair that never fixed the problem, and a call from Enterprise putting me on notice that I could be responsible for the rental car that was coordinated by you. Add to all of that, a service department that seemed chronically frazzled and disorganized. Paul was nice enough and helpful, but no way he can make up for all of the other issues.

Samuel was great everybody at the dealership was kind and friendly impatient. I will continue to take my Jeep there for regular servicing.

Samuel is a key asset to your organization. I scheduled my service on a Holiday Monday and Samuel and the service team provided excellent service for the 9:45am ‘crowd’ - Samuel acknowledged each of us in the line throughout the process while other team members assisted in getting the vehicle intake information and moving the process along. For me, this was a very pleasant experience as I, and feel others, were treated as valued customers. Your waiting area is very nice and the option to have a water or other refreshments is rare these days and most appreciated. It’s people like Samuel that make me feel confident about owning all of our Jeep vehicles.

I took my car at 11 for my oil change appointment and they didn’t return it until 5pm
Honestly I'm just disappointed. I know I upgraded in tire size but it wasn't anything crazy and for some reason I was told I could not put anything but factory size tires on it. I mean it's a Jeep. You would think yoy could change tire size. Plus in the parking lot of the dealer I found another gladiator with the same size tires I had put on mine that I was told wouldn't work. Something just didn't add up
