Keith was AMAZING! There was a miscommunication about a service/recall need and he could have easily sent me on my way. He didn’t. He was kind, looked for all kinds of solutions that were even out of his way, he allowed me to leave and come back, and got my truck recall fixed two hours earlier than even promised. All this in a Saturday. He made my life so much easier and I am very grateful to him! Thank you Keith!!

Paul was handling a lot of difficult customers that Monday AM I was in the shop and he still managed to take time and meet me where I was. He didn’t have great news for me but shared it with empathy and patience and did everything he could to work with me. He’s also been responsive and efficient in communications since then while trying to figure things out for me. Paul is a great guy to work with!

Horrible communication. Actually, no communication. Never returned a phone call and several times when I asked to speak with a manager I was disconnected. Walked in today and got my money back on parts that were supposedly on order from Chrysler. If there is a problem receiving parts I would have understood but waiting since May with no answers is ridiculous. We are in the market for 3 new 1 ton trucks before the end of the year and I will not purchase from you folks because your service department is terrible. I've heard from other unsatisfied Ram owners similar stories. I hope you can figure it out. I'm not a "Yelper" that's gonna go leave bad reviews but hopefully this gets to someone that needs to hear this.
