Took my truck in April for an issue with my stereo, auto ignition start and the worker never did the claim with my warranty. Now my warranty has expired and can’t get those things fixed. I called and left a number of messages for Ben the worker, Michael the ship supervisor, and I also sent a message via your website. All of these went unanswered and now there’s no warranty to cover these issues. Shame you on you!! The only person who helped me, albeit to late to do anything with warranty, was Paul Young!!

I have the Platinum Maintance Plan which does’nt show up when I bring my car in for maintenance therefor I am quoted Upwards $1,200+ each time and have to argue about having the plan and then what is and isn’t covered. My tires are NEVER properly inflated when I pick the car up. It is really terrible service. Everything after selling the maintenance plan!

I felt ripped off. 200$ for a diagnostic when I have a service contract and bought the vehicle from you. And it was just a spent 12v battery. I could have gone to AutoZone and gotten a free assessment and bought the battery for half the price you quoted. And you wouldn't have counted the diagnostic toward the price. Literally 700$ quoted for a battery change. I should have called AAA and had it done in my parking lot for 200$. Also waited 4 hours for it... For plugging in the diagnostic computer? 0 stars, will be reviewing on Google and yelp. Oh - and an HOUR after the diagnosis to "out the car back together". Scam.

They didn't change all recall parts, I gave go back yet again. 45 to 50 minute drive for me every time, not ti mention the diesel I waste
