You need to inform customers in the morning that they will not be getting estimates until late in the day so they can make arrangements to be without their car.

Your techs don’t check on the work they have performed. Parts that can be found locally are not used so vehicle was in your service department for over a week. Communication is basically non exsistant.
That was two questions so I will add nothing here.
Great Service and very professional & polite.
I was told my van would be ready after 3pm and that if I didn’t hear from them, I could expect to take it home after 3pm! I got there at 3:45pm expecting to pay and leave with my van! It wasn’t ready and I never received a heads up that I should come up to 40 minutes after 3:45pm! I don’t understand why I wasn’t informed! The service person claimed he didn’t know! This is not acceptable!! After giving $1200.00 to service my van, it was extremely upsetting to not have the quality service I paid for!!

That was the most frustrating service experience I had EVER had. Lack of communication, being transferred to voicemail that was full and this is the first time that the diagnostics cost was not included as part of the cost to repair the truck. Been their twice on the last 12 months not sure if I role ever go back, would not recommend your company for service or sales
