Big Paul was great to work with, but the fact that a damaged part won't be covered under the warranty is very frustrating. The casing for the plug broke when we pulled on it. That it broke so easily is clearly an issue with the part. From the time we got the car it was always difficult to remoce the plug because of how tight the connection was. This clearly lead to the part breaking as the plastic casing was too tight. This should be covered under the warranty. I hope I can get contacted by your team today to resolve this issue and get it covered under the warranty. I'd like to continue to be a Chrysler/Dodge customer as I get ready to purchase my next work truck, but the fact the warranty is not covering an internal broken part is alarming. I hope this gets resolved quickly so we can continue working together.

Samuel was great to work with,, however, he is the service writer and does not control the cost of the service. The time in the shop was awesome. Brought it in one day came back the next day, much appreciate that.my only issue was the cost of $4600,, that seemed like a bit much. It would be nice to know how many hours and at what rate per hour the work was performed. I know it was torn down an analyzed in about a two hour window, maybe three,, so going back together , possibly double that at 4 to 6 hours. Again appreciate the prompt service. Samuel was great. Mike was great. Communication was great. It was only the price tag in the end.

Took too long!!
Came in June and was told you had to order the part and would call me. Called back in August since my registration was going to expire and was told it wasn’t in yet. Had to get extension from DMV that would expire in November. Call this week and was told the part was in but no one from your business has ever called me back while I waited five months!
Hate coming in because it always costs me a lot of money but Sam always remembers me by name and greets me like an old friend. Excellent customer service in my opinion
He was fast and was able to take care of my needs.
