Once we received our U90 recall parts the process was efficient. But there is no excuse on waiting 10 months. It will seriously effect buying a Jeep in the future

Jenna Campbell was perfectly pleasant as usual. She has always been perfect with customer service. Having nothing to do with Jenna, I had my truck serviced for a cost of $2,300. The next morning the low tire pressure light was on. Apparently whoever rotated the tires never checked the tire pressure. Since the front tires are supposed to be 65 psi a the rears 70 psi. Rotated without checking the tire pressure left the front overinflated and the rears under inflated. I went in to complain to the service manager, but he was in a meeting. I trusted in the dealership to deliver perfect service with factory setting results. I will not return.

Sam was very thorough and professional in allowing me t on make service decisions about what services I wished to have done. He answered my questions with a smile. Sam was great. The music in the lounge or coming from showroom sucked. Just sayin!!!
