To many issues to list I thought I brought my fleet vehicle to a professional trained service center but instead a possible school of students learning to be mechanics who cant diagnose with certainty and all at the expense of the customer. The communication from service writer to service manager needs a lot help.

Paul the driver was very helpful and made everything easy. When I called to make the appointment they quotes me $89 for the oil change. I was surprised to learn it was more than $300. I would have gone somewhere else. I used if they would price match other places and they said no. They were also did not take any responsibility for the person that gave me incorrect information. I call the Santa Rosa dealership and it should not matter if my call was rerouted. they had all of my vehicle information in front of them, but did not do enough research to quote me correctly. I dont think I will go back.
