I purchased lifetime oil changed with lithia. When the current company took over, I was not offered a refund or told that my lifetime plan would expire.
Jena was amazingly professional and helpful. Went way beyond her position to make my repairs happen in such a short time frame with many obstacles in the way. She updated me via phone calls and also explained each step she was approaching the problems that came about and successfully delivered my vehicle when she said she would. A wonderful experience and thank god she is there…. I was really not optimistic when I pulled in the drive way but Jena made it all very seamless and comfortable
