3xs I've taken my vehicle in to be serviced & every single time something is not completed. I wait for 2-3 hrs for a simple oil change & its still not fully completed. I would never take my vehicle in for major repairs, as the techs lack attention to detail. I wouldnt feel safe! I won't be back to either purchase another vehicle (I've purchased 4 from lithia) or have my vehicle serviced again. Since changing ownership, the service has gone down hill

Oil change very satisfied. But had requested tires to be rotated and was told the mechanic could not get the lug knots off and didn’t do the rotation. I got new tires from you guys and you guys put them on in September. So something isn’t making sense to me about this. Did your mechanic that put on my new tires make them so tight another mechanic couldn’t get them off?? Now what. I thought about this problem while driving back the hour and a half from your shop??
