Jena was very helpful and it was a blessing to have her help. She informed me about another recall I didn’t know about and made sure I had a ride to home and back to pick up my vehicle. The driver was very polite and friendly I forget his name (younger male just started a 4-5 months ago). He was a very good driver. Definitely will recommend people to get their dodge’s serviced at this location the staff professional and pleasant.
My service advisor ben was amazing, though the company should look at how they operate when a service advisor is out sick for multiple days. There was no communication to me for 5 days about my truck as my service advisor was out sick during that time which I didnt know until I the customer had to call in to ask the status. Please Train and teach the other service advisors to help out other service advisors and see if other customer vehicles are done or need something from the customer. Its called being a team and I see none of that at cardinale way.

Fast efficient service. Friendly staff
People were friendly, however, it was a waste of time to call and schedule an appointment for recall work when they didn’t have the parts on hand. Having a central call center that has no coordination with the dealer and their stock wastes customers valuable time. I took the morning off to take my truck in and resolve the recall issue to find out it’s a “inspection “ appointment. I was happy with Jena who didn’t keep my waiting long while she checked with parts to see if the parts were in stock. This will keep me from returning for service unless the process changes. Thank you allowing me to provide feedback.
Jena is the best. She is so kind and helpful. Direct but warm. She is quick w her service but I never feel rushed. Thank you Jena. Could not give enough praise for her knowledge and attention to detail.
Repair incomplete; awaiting part. In a perfect word the part would've already been in stock. But in this case we just need to wait a few days. I understand. Jena was great about everything and explained everything thoroughly.

My “inspection”
today was a complete waste of my time.
I was told the component needed to address the recall
was vin specific but the dealership already had my vin.
I learned the part was not available “after” the
90 min inspection.
I further learned that only a limited release of parts was
available and the part needed for my truck could take up to
3 weeks to get. All of this could have been discussed over
the phone during the initial appointment scheduling.
Have spent over $10k on fixing a check engine light condition. The work truck has been left for weeks at a time on 3 occasions and guess what. Two days after picking the truck up after the 3rd visit.......check engine light is back on.
I'd like to speak to the manager.
