I was informed that your team did not rotate my front tires on the last oil change after telling me they did. After I expressed to two different agents that it was balding on the outer sides. I told the guy I talked to today that I had proof that they were not changed the first time and he expressed he would make sure it wouldn’t happen again. Yet couldn’t provide me with new tires. Couldn’t provide me with used tires and after 24 hrs hasn’t event provided me with a quote for new tires. I expressed there is something going wrong with the cambers after a private mechanic looked at it and not a single response to the issue. Or if I buy new tires will this happen again. I pay way too much for this truck and warranty for this to be happening and the fact that I brought my truck in for the last tire rotation and oil change he and left without being told the tires were never rotated or a explanation why or them trying to correct it or fix it is dishonest and dishonorable. I am

Absolutely fantastic job. I don’t ever do these surveys for anyone but I am so happy with your service I decided to break that trend. This was a repair that even an experienced mechanic could have messed up so I am incredibly grateful to the techs who worked on my truck for their flawless and timely repair.
