I was not kept informed as to the status of my car and the problems with getting the warranty to cover the work for five days and I was not advised that the parts have not been ordered because I had been told they were ordered so it took entirely much too long for my car to be repaired then it should have my car was in there for Nine days for something that should’ve taken two days.

Your service is not good. Why did I have to call several times and not get appropriate answers as to when my car was available. Where was Jenna??!! I left many messages and she never returned my messages. She left work without connecting with me. She’s been around for a while… does she achieve dispensation for her lack of informing her customers???!

Nicole was great at communicating. I would have liked to know the techs had a third option for the fix earlier. It didn’t come up on a service call I had with a tech when I scheduled the repair.

The appraisal that they said they would do for free the first time I went in, was not completed the first time I came in. The gentleman, Rocco, said “it is done, it will just be a few minutes” and then I waited 10 minutes and it was not done. How can it be done and still just be a few minutes? Words matter, he lied. I had to ask and it was given to me the following time I came in, and it was significantly under value as well. They said $7500 trade in, I could sell it for 12-14k private party. An appraisal or a trade in value? Those are different things. Otherwise happy with the service.

Jena has worked with me numerous times regarding my vehicle. She always explains what is going on with the repairs and maintenance, follows up on communications and goes out of her way to ensure everything is taken care of. Her technical knowledge of my vehicle’s systems is impressive and I always look forward to our conversations. True professional.

I feel your dealership nickle and dimes for everything. I'll drop 1K for a service and you want another $30 to put it on my credit card... really? I had some small concerns and was requested $600 just to check it out... really?

Paul my service advisor was great, he greeted me when I walked through the door and did his very best to adress the issues I was having.I appreciated that he listened to my grievances and was straight foreward in his responses. I was at the service center to pick my truck up after dropping it off for a detail due to the fact that while it was in the service center for repair of a separate issue, I was given my truck back with mold growing in the interior. Overall this has been a terrible exsperiance.

When I dropped my truck off for a diagnostic, I was told that it would be done by a certain time, 45 minutes after that I called only to be told that the computer system had been down for an hour and a half, there was no communication and I had previously stated I needed my car for work. It was really disappointing that I was having to follow up with my service advisor to find out why there had been no communication
