During your multi point inspection you failed to see that my windshield wipers are torn. No comment was made about the dashboard message that my right rear turn signal is out.
Warranty process needs to be fixed. Waste of time and money

Terrible communication, parts were ordered in November, arrived and nobody called to notifye. Once I dropped off vehicle in March, vehicle was taken apart and then found out not all parts had arrived or been ordered
I have a couple of gadgets leaking oil. The 1st estimate was 1355.00 May I get them repaired for this amount?

On a credit card and you do not except a personal check. Lucky I had emergency cash
5, my truck was parked against the weeds so it can receive more rodent issues.
6, entered my truck and the inside smelled like a gressy auto shop.
7. Had to reduce my info screen behind steering wheel to show what I had before.
8, Why piss off a 70 year old Ram owner
9, Now will have to schedule service in Healsburg Ram.

Nicole helped me to finalize the repairs on my jeep and did a great job keeping me updated on the status of parts and the work from the tech. I was able to pickup my jeep this morning and I’m very thankful!
Nicole was completely incompetent and unresponsive during the month you had our vehicle without doing anything. She did not return our repeated calls and claimed it was the answering service that was the problem. I now have to go to a different dealership miles away to get my vehicle serviced. Worst service possible.

First, let’s start off by the diagnostic. I had to pay 800 bucks for a BCM. And after that was installed, I was hit with a another charge for a RFH. This wouldn’t have been so bad if I was told at the beginning that there could possibly be another charge with another device. Second thing is that I brought my car in for a diagnostic, and there was parts taken off inside and never was put back and the second time I pick it up the same issue. Not getting any help from the office so that means I will have to go on eBay and buy the missing part because someone in your service area do not know how to put things back once they are done working on it.. I came to the service office the first time because my part was ordered a week before and still no one had called me to install it or do any steps. Come to find out my part was in the back the whole time. It just seems like from day one when I walk in the door at this place it was going to be a **** show. I was told not to use you guys, but I did it anyway, and I truly regret it.
