I was provided with the wrong information about my vehicle. I was told I needed 3k worth of repairs, when it fact it was for another vehicle. Then it took 38 minutes for someone to bring my vehicle up for pick-up. Staff seemed to drop the ball alll the way around. On a positive note, my SA Nicole was very nice.

Paul was out sick the week of February 24th. Duren that time, I called the office on a daily basis hoping to get information. I also spoke with Michael Hansen and updated him as to what was going on and provided him with the claim information and adjusters information for him to contact the adjuster. I understand that Paul was out sick for the entire week, and no one followed up on my issue.
What is the protocol when a service advisor is out of the of the office?
Not sure if Paul is back but neither him nor Michael have confirmed if they called the adjuster. I am extremely disappointed for the lack of communication.
