Service on the vehicle was great. Customer service not good. I had to call every time to see if my part was in.I did not receive One phone call from your customer service department. I initiated everything and it took a month to get my part in. So your customer service could use a little work.
Especially after I was told three times that I would be called And never received a call..
Drew was a great mechanic. Explained everything g in detail. Even called Sirius XM to connect my Jeep
Went above and beyond to help me with my problem

About an hour after I dropped off my car for its scheduled service I got a call saying g 5 techs had called in sick that day and they would have to keep my car until the next day, or I would have to come pick it up and reschedule and do the whole routine over again. It was cinco de mayo so im assuming that was the real reason. Its hard to believe you couldn't have seen that coming, but you were still scheduling service appts that day. It does make me think twice about relying on you for service if things like that aren't managed well and it becomes my problem.
Terrible customer service. I brought my truck in, and was assured I would not be paying anything for the diagnostic, because it was under warranty. I had my brother-in-law pick up the truck and they charged him $199. When I called for clarification I was given the runaround, I explained the manager set the appointment with me and also assured me there would be no charge for a diagnostic.I was promised by Paul a manager would call me back, I called four times Yesterday and texted and was still given the runaround.
No one took five minutes out of their day to even call back, it's absolutely ridiculous. I will never have my vehicle serviced here again, nor will I recommend.

I actually did not have my truck worked on because the service I needed was way too expensive for the easy 15 mins it required to complete.
Should not take 90 min for an oil change with an appointment
