Steven was fantastic! Made sure I knew understood exactly what was wrong with the car.
I had left multiple messages with several people in the service department asking for a call back to help me schedule an appointment for damage on my newly purchased jeep that was there prior to my buying it. After two weeks of leaving voicemails with no returned calls, I drove to the dealership to speak with someone in person. Michael talked to me and when he found out what I needed, he was able to handle making the appointment right away. He was great about texting to confirm that I dropped the Jeep off okay and everything went smoothly. He really helped to make up for my calls not being returned. Michael was great to work with!!
Everything was Great one of the employees called in sick and everyone was scrambling Paul stepped up and helped me. The visit took about an hour + less than estimated I was out in no time.

I wasn't called when my vehicle was ready, I was texted. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle 5 people asked if I had been helped, but nobody did. Both of these are unacceptable.

The only concern was the price, $3,000 for what was essentially a 30,000 full service. I left the truck at 8:30 and received a call about 12:30 it was ready, just 4 hours!

Service on the vehicle was great. Customer service not good. I had to call every time to see if my part was in.I did not receive One phone call from your customer service department. I initiated everything and it took a month to get my part in. So your customer service could use a little work.
Especially after I was told three times that I would be called And never received a call..
Drew was a great mechanic. Explained everything g in detail. Even called Sirius XM to connect my Jeep
