This experience was worse than the 1st one. I involved the service manager and assistant service manager and my god. What a load of crap service I received. If anyone wants to contact me. Have the store manager contact me. I would love to have a chat with him. ****-****-xxxx

Dodge and CardinaleWay have been horrible throughout this 3 year process. You had this vehicle 22 months- lost the keys to the tool box, and if I lived to be 500 years old I would never consider buying a Chrysler Dodge product.
Jena was communicative through the whole process. She was very educated with my vehicle and professional in her responses. She is great and an asset to your organization.
The customer service provided was excellent. The diagnostic testing done to my vehicle did not reveal some very major service needed. Initially I left confidently on the positive results of the diagnostic done and days later had to bring it back only to find out about major work needed above $14,000.00 I wish the shop the best. Paul is sincere and straight forward. Going forward, I will always get multiple diagnostics done for any vehicle I have.

Paul Young was amazing! I have never worked with Paul in the past, during the services I have had on my 2021 Jeep Gladiator. Paul was courteous and attentive. He seemed to understand my driving habits and what level of service was aligned with my needs. I hope to have Paul as my service agent again in the future.
I still have yet to get my vehicle, waited since Friday for a salesperson to assist me in considering a trade or sale. Never heard back from and then very disappointed. I hope to have my van picked up tomorrow, please have someone call me in the morning. Thank you, Erin I ****-****-xxxx
