I recently broke down on a trip to Idaho , I found out that the truck had been due for a complete computer upgrade, I had my truck at your shop 3 times this year and was never told about needing an upgrade. It seems like that would be something you would have knowledge of and could pass on to the customer. It seems that because it’s not considered a recall, they don’t have to tell the owner of the truck

I found a mess under the skidplate. Seems like any oil that spilled was never attempted to be cleaned up. Even though I am grateful for the service, I am disappointed for the lack of attention to detail.

Jena was efficient and helpful and the check-in was quick and got us on our way to run a couple of errands while the car was being serviced.
I was disappointed they didn't arranged a ride for me to go back to the office, per my request. I ended up waiting three hours at the waiting room.

Ben is fantastic but after many many thousands of dollars in repairs my Jeep problem is not fixed. I trust Ben but I’m not sure if work has been recommended that wasn’t necessary and didn’t fix the issue.
