I do want to convey my disappointment that Cardinale Way CDJR is no longer supporting the lifetime Warrenty that I purchased for my Ram truck.
Steve was fantastic. He checked on me several times while I was waiting. He offered me something to drink and snack.

We originally purchase our 2018 Fiat 500 Pop at Lucia on 2019. Love our car, Fiat 500 Pop! Your services in purchasing new keys and then coming back to make it compatible was 100% great!
Your staff was excellent and they taught us anonymity Apple Airway which we later purchased from Apple so we can find our keys now for both cars a Jeep Gladitor and our loving Fiat! No cheep but great replacement and installation within 7 days!

Jena was responsive but mainly reactive. I had to often reach to to request updates. Even if there were no updates a daily check in would have been appreciated. I understand the warranty company was behind the delay but it was frustrating having to always check in. Also, phone calls would have been appreciated over text messages. That said, Jena was kind and friendly when we did connect.
The warranty process itself was awful. Having no ability to check in, escalate was painful. On top of that, having a 72 hour SLA but with no repercussions when that was exceed was poor.
Paul seemed very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The fact that service staff gets commission is a conflict of interest and it felt a little like being with a car salesman as I waited for the service parts to be ordered. I didn’t like that. The diagnostic price of $398 is very expensive and at least should be applied to the work in the future. I’m disappointed in myself for agreeing to it without getting a second opinion. But it’s not too late to get one.

Well I got the news that my lifetime oil program was no longer going to be honored by CW so I wasn’t too pleased with that but the staff at CW is always great and handle all of my vehicles needs.
Jena is amazing .you are lucky to have her. Hard working and handling the work of 3 people.
Late night drop off and Jena handled everything so the next day I had a fully working vehicle.
