I’m not sure where to begin. The fact that my vehicle sat in your back lot UNLOCKED for 19 days without one repair being made is unacceptable! Serious lack of communication from both Paul Young and Michael Hansen. We even received one text with inaccurate information- straight up lied to us. I picked up my vehicle with nothing accomplished. Worst experience ever.

On service that was to take all day, he had me back on the road in 4 hours! Plus got me a discount on the work that needed to be done! Being a senior on a tight budget, that helped me a great deal!

The service provided by Paul Young was very bad. He has kept my truck for more than 10 days and counting and nothing has been done from the list of things I mentioned to him. I purchased a warranty for this vehicle and still nothing is being done. Calls and texts are being ignored. I went in personally and he was on the phone the whole time. I spoke to the manager and still nothing resolved. Manager is supposed to call back and give me updates on what's going on with my truck but nothing. I don't know how much longer it will be there or if anything will be fixed. Very bad customer service and very bad communication .
This will be my last visit to your facility. I had have had a good experience since I purchased my car 4 years ago. Unfortunately the level of service has greatly diminished in the last couple of years. I stopped in today for an oil change. I was told you will no longer honor the lifetime oil change. ‘Oh, didn’t someone call you back in January that this is discontinued?’ No call informing of this was received.
A few months ago both heads fail in a car that had 70000 miles. The gaskets were fine, it is what appears to be a design flaw in the heads themselves. I received a call from Cardinale way at same time as I was due for scheduled service. I explained the situation with my car and wanted to double check warranty and speak with someone to discuss the problems I was experiencing. She forwarded me on to another staff member where I left a detailed voice mail. No return call was received. I was forced to find another jeep mechanic to replace both heads.
Today, when checking in for my oil change, I was told ‘yeah, that’s too bad, you know the old saying, your car must have be assembled on a Friday.’ Seriously? Thanks for disrespecting your product and your customers. It is such a great way to keep a customer coming back to buy another car from you. While I appreciate you honoring one last lifetime oil change, I declined your service dept from doing anyother maintenance items that should have been checked. Seeing that it was Friday, I cannot trust that your team even changed my oil. To add more insult to the your crappy service, your team put an Avery sticky label (leftovers from Office Depot?) on the windshield with the oil change information because you are obviously too cheap to use the proper info stickers with less adhesive. I noticed that you had very few customers, your staff staring into space or walking around like zombies. I wish your company the best in trying to stay a float as a viable business. You have lost another customer and future referrals.

Well, I will tell you, Michael took care of me. Had to go to Michael to . Take care of me. Seems like the other service guy was talking always wanted to charge me for something even though it was their fault that my part was messed up when they fixed an oil leak on my truck. Sad thing is I built my truck there in 2017 just doesn’t seem the same.
