Jena Cambell, she’s excellent! Great customer service and super professional. But I can’t say the same for the technician who worked on my truck. They supposed to do the tire rotation and they didn’t even check the tire pressure. I will take my truck to another shop next time that requires service.

They bring my car8/11/25 hey live in. They pick up my car the 12 and they not do nothing to my car because supposed to be. They need to waiting for the insurance confirm if they pay for that . and supposed to be I had the insurance and they need to wait for one week for they can respond if they cover ,whatever the truck needs And I waiting for they can call me back for bring the truck over there to fix it ..every time I have a bad experience and the service with the people in friends because they not communicate to me nothing.

I dropped my truck off do you have it looked at. I stated the transmission was slipping, and it was shifting rough, and asked that to be looked at. I picked it up and that service had not been provided. And then dropped it back off a few days later Asking for that service to be done again today when my truck was being fixed, I was promised that it would be, and asked to make sure that it was in the notes which I was told it was. I got a phone call today that my truck was ready. I asked about the transmission. They said that they never looked at it and that it was not in the notes, and then had to wait several hours For that service to be performed, putting my entire work schedule off

Jena Campbell is exceptional at her job. She is very accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable. She is no doubt the best at her job. I’ve been coming to you guys since Santa Rosa Dodge days, and have never been more happy than I have been since Jena has worked there. I run a company so I know how difficult it is to find an exceptional employee like Jena. Take good care of her.. she’s definitely a gem.

The technician that signed me in was very nice. And thorough. However, I am not happy that the lifetime oil changes will not be honored. Making it the customers problem is bad business and results in a future loss.

The efforts of the team were fantastic. Chuey tried extremely hard as did the engineer to correct the issue of the blind spot alarm not working and the blinker problem. In the end they eliminated the blind spot alarm to allow for the backup camera to work. I will need to have the correct flatbed placed on the truck. At that time I feel, since the truck was brand new and I paid for the safety equipment, (which was a primary reason for the purchase), that on the due bill should be a note that explains the fact that the blind spot alarm had been removed and will be reinstalled with the new bed. Could a copy please be emailed to me to assure the request is acknowledged? Thank you very much for all your work and effort , I know you’re trying to make this right. Richard O
