Steve was a great service advisor. It was the overall experience. Our vehicle was at the shop for 7 weeks total. The vehicle was “repaired” and then during the test drive, the problem still existed. They found the actual problem in the front end. It took extra time in the shop due to a tech breaking a bolt during the repair and having the wait for a replacement housing. I had the option to pay $300 for rush shipping, but I didn’t break the bolt or cause the problem and felt that it should have been paid for by the dealership. I had to make 2 vehicle payments while my vehicle was at the shop for warranty repairs and unable to be used. It was a very frustrating experience and the length it took to get parts and get repaired.

We had a recall on turbo actuator in 2024, now there is a problem with this module and Dodge who has a lot of pull with Califirnia air wuaty people , because they are large company. Is requiring their customer to come with $2500 fix for this or it won’t pass smog. It passed smog last year, I was told by Stephen that it will not until we fix this issue. California change something that had a recall last year, because my truck is a 2016 Dodge will it pay for the fix. If it was a 2019 it would. I have bought 3 large trucks from Dodge in the past, but now I’m going reconsider this for the next purchase. 2 weeks ago we had another recall issue with the part in the alignment that was welded by a recall and I had to buy that part and pay $400 so I could get it aligned. Dodge seems to be dropping the ball on loyal customers by charging us for upgraded recalls because we have a 9 year old truck. I’m not a happy customer. I will be filing a grievance with Dodge and the state of California.
What a wonderful experience at my service this weekend. Not only was the staff amazing kind and knowledgeable, but my car came back immaculate. This is the second car from this dealer and I intend to continue with my next.
