Pleasant customer service! Car runs great! Only thing I miss is the sticker estimating mileage for the next oil change. Receipt states you will reach out in 6 months.

Great service friendly customers service
Jena did great work in helping to navigate a difficult issue for Cardinaleway. She quickly identified that the issue needed escalation and handed off to Michael who also handled the issue professionally. My disappointment is with Technical support who failed to isolate the issue and suggested to just start changing parts to find the issue. It’s left me with a trust issue on technical competency. Today, a third party shop unrelated to Jeep corporate solved the problem by simply tightening the bolts on the last work Cardinaleway technicians performed. I have asked Michael to have a one on one meeting to discuss my concerns for the future. I look forward to these discussions.

Jena does an awesome job. I always ask for her to do my service writer.
The problem was diagnosed a month ago and part was ordered. The day I turned in my car, I was told the part was not correct and was reordered and had to wait until 09-10. I was told the passenger seat was fixed and when I checked it was still the same. This is the extreme of service failure.
