Ben was great. He made sure I understood the issue with my car. Once the part was ordered, he gave me an estimate on the total cost for the repair. Once the repair was completed, he immediately let me know the car was ready to pick up.

When I picked up my vehicle. I noticed the screen was in a different mode. Through it had something to do with the oil change. I did Also notice that the upper left side light which indicates an issue with the air suspension was on. A screen came up to service air suspension. I had to pick up a trailer that day if my appointment that’s why I didn’t go back as I was under a time crunch. When I tried to use the air suspension it didn’t work which made towing more difficult. Not sure if your technician had accidentally turned something off or tripped something?
