I was told my servicing (oil change) and a small repair (running light bulb replacement) would take two hours. It took almost 4 hours. I was not properly informed that the light replacement would take longer than the original 10-20 minutes, and as a result was late to an important obligation.

The only thing that wasn’t up to par wash the car wash. Was disappointed. Front wind shield had drops all over it and the top if the car was full of water. It wasn’t wipe off at all. To the service it was great and fast. Thanks

My dissatisfaction is with the bare minimum service I received (or lack of service) yesterday when I took my car in. I had two issues with the car that I needed to addressed and both were dismissed. I am the driver of the vehicle, so I know that these two issues exist, but maybe I expected more out of Cardinal Way or Hyundai in general. I understand that this isn’t a luxury car and my expectations should be lower, but because I was given a very b.s excuse as to they “could not duplicate my concerns”, i will not return back to this dealership for further service and I am returning my lease when it’s done next year and never getting another Hyundai again. This was my second time getting service at Hyundai Glendora and both times left with my concerns dismissed. I think because it’s only a $20k car they just want to do oil changes and not bother any further. My rep Allyson Maring was fine, she is just doing her job, my gripe is with the lazy service technicians who just want to do the bare minimum. Don’t bother calling me, my mind won’t be changed.

My only concern was why is my oil change scheduled for every 6,000 miles as opposed to every 7,500.. other than that, love the service I receive from Cardinale Way Hyundai, Glendora, California.

Allyson is the first service advisor at the Glendora Hyundai dealership that has actually follow through with her commitments to me. She was very informative and thorough with the work that needed to be performed. I didn’t have to call back multiples times to get vehicle status on repair/service. Please let her know that her exceptional customer service did not go unrecognized. They maybe hope for buying another Hyundai in my future but time will tell. Service department has definitely improved!
