Settings expectations for the time frame was professional, and lounge facilities were very comfortable.

Came in for a battery replacement and some recall work. The recall was just a software update. In total I waited 8 hours. That seems kind of crazy for what I came in for. Outside of the wait time, Cristian was super helpful and was very apologetic.
Was not told , that additional work was needed. Apparently I was sent a text, something about a leak, rear end of car, that I read that evening.It’s going to cost me about $1400 or $1500.00… Would like to know why I wasn’t told when I paid my bill, not very happy right now, this has never happened. It was not busy that day (Mon. 11/25/24)……I should have been told!!!!
