Allyson is the first service advisor at the Glendora Hyundai dealership that has actually follow through with her commitments to me. She was very informative and thorough with the work that needed to be performed. I didn’t have to call back multiples times to get vehicle status on repair/service. Please let her know that her exceptional customer service did not go unrecognized. They maybe hope for buying another Hyundai in my future but time will tell. Service department has definitely improved!

When I was leaving I saw in my report that there was a nail in one of my tires, but no one spoke to me about this directly, or offered me a chance to repair it. Plus, the report didn't say which tire it was in, so I had to check all four tires myself, had to keep backing up and looking until I finally found it.
Also, the price you quoted for fixing this problem was 193, which is very high for a tire. Very high. You can find these tires at tire shops for 100-130 (or less for more bargain tires). But I know dealerships are always more expensive for repairs.
What's more problematic is that I know, and you know, that many times a nail in a tire can be fixed, the tire usually doesn't need to be replaced if the nail is in the tread as opposed to the side. And you could have just done that for me for free as a goodwill gesture.
But even worse, is that I took this tire to a local tire shop, they said it did not even go all the way through, the nail was just stuck in the tread. So you wanted me to pay 193 for something that didn't even need to be replaced. Further, the tire shop did this for free, and said they would have repaired it for free even if it had been a puncture. That's good customer service.
On a positive note, my rep was very friendly and nice. The new waiting area at your dealership is beautiful. Fresh donuts, drinks, snacks is great. But super disappointed in the way that tire was handled.

He was a very attentive and provided great customer service. I felt seen, heard and cared about. Out of all the times I’ve came to get my car serviced this has been the best encounter.
