First of all this dealership needs in makeover your service sales manager called me Gloria what's her name had an attitude asking me if I wanted her to work on my loan on my trade-in we've already discussed this she never got back to me until like 7:00 and we're talking about the morning time so it took her from morning till 7:00 p.m. to tell me she couldn't find my loan so I was pushed to the side once again this dealership the safety is not a priority either is the customer from what I experienced I'm sorry I hate to say it but I'll keep it 100% honest whoever's running the show over here needs to have a talk with. This is how you guys do customer service I don't know how you stay in business.

Allison is amazing she helped me in a quick and orderly fashion and even help another customer and that's no time at all either that was the other customers a little upset but she's moved everything over I just watching that made my confidence even higher she is an asset
My only concern was, When you make an appointment I asked for the earliest appointment they said it was at 7:15 am. So I took that appointment so I took that application. When I arrived I was told that the people who serve the cars don’t start until 8:00. So I don’t understand why the first appointment is at 7:15when the service people don’t arrive until 8:00. They should at least tell you beforehand.
Rene was very helpful from the moment I arrived communicated with me along the way. Process was simple and I was made to feel taken care of. Rene represents Hyundai with the most professional service oriented care. I recommend Rene for promotion.
Last oil change I had there- I had a knocking thumping noise, I took it back the service tech said he didn’t hear anything drive around w/him in car then sound was heard. He took it back in mechanics did something then it was ok. He didn’t say what caused noise.
I had a app’t @ 9 am for another oil change guy told me 3 hour wait said short staffed & workers leaving so I took it elsewhere.
I had it towed their my car wouldn’t start. They took care of it quickly however, I believe your pricing is way too high.

The trim piece that was supposed to be replaced wasn't fixed. They replaced the one on the other side that wasn't broken. Waited 3 hours, and I drive 45 min. to get to you. They rotated my tires...? That were just rotated a month ago...by you. When the correct part comes in that had to be reordered I would like expedited service and maybe a gas card. It should not take 3 hours to replace a piece of plastic with an appointment.
Despite it being busy. I was satisfied with the service I was provided along with the very professional customer service

The customerservice is always very good. The guys are friendly and actually have PERSONALITIES,unlike the weirdos over at PH Hyundai (yeah I said it). I'll be going there for any of my Hyundai needs from this point forward.
Unfortunately they had my car for a while, but that was not the problem I expected that. Then I picked up my car and had to drive to Newport Beach for a Bridal Shower. I had to call service because I now have a horrible rattling noise and I was concerned. They gave me the toy truck driver. I am not happy at all and very concerned about driving the car. I have to bring it in on Monday.
Allyson was very communicative and pleasant to do business with. Very satisfied with the service.
