Great service, great waiting lobby but I missed my popcorn and donuts this time ????
It started out as a scary experience and John made it all good and explained everything and provided very good customer service to me. I felt that my car was in good hands, and I was being taken care of. As I should have been.
The customer service and time I waited for the vehicle to have an oil change was excellent but my car doesn’t feel like it did prior to the ok change. It sounds louder like it’s struggling causing me to wonder what kind of oil was used or if it was done at all but like I stated I feel it sounds and feels bad after the service. It’s louder and seems to struggle.
I have marks on my tires to note the location and tire rotation was put on the paperwork but not actually performed.
I enjoyed sitting in your waiting room, very relaxing and I enjoyed the donut. Thank you for the time. I was there.

I was very pleased with the work that they did on the gas pump and how quickly they were able to acquire it and install it. However, they did not check tire pressure and one of my tires is low. I am bringing it in tomorrow so they can make sure that it is 35 all the way around or whatever the car designates. That was put on the request when I brought the car in, but I guess in their hurry they forgot to do that. I’ll be there tomorrow morning

I absolutely loved the service I received while at Hyundai dealer for service. I was thoroughly informed of what was going to be done, the service desk rep was super knowledgeable & friendly. The waiting area was awesome, full drink & snacks available really made the waiting time more pleasant. Loved the whole visit!
