I appreciated being given an estimated time for the work up front and actually being ready per ETA.
One thing: my phone will not hook up to my car at all now. I am not going to worry about it since it should be fixed at my service scheduled for Nov 27th

It appears in the receipt that the tires were not rotated. Your mechanics just checked the pressure, but did not rotate the tires. Please look at the receipt and you’ll see. The work order is clear, tires would be rotated.
