I can not remember the first lady that greeted me? she was absolutely amazing. she was extremely friendly very helpful very informative. Very sweet when i pick my car up. As far as the young lady at the counter. she was very short. And a little sarcastic. she checked me in. Her appearance was very unkept. thr staff there is always friendly. She was not. the first you g lady that greeted me definitely is a idea employee. and when i left she also was very sweet. the other young lady did not even acknowledge that I was standing there. Please do not mic up the nice young lady with the less friendly one. Look at your cameras before you speak to her. Dana J
