I am disappointed at the customer service that I received from Allison from the very beginning, she needs to be more tactful to provide better customer service.I have dealt with her since day one and I choose not to say anything hoping that our interactions would improve. I’ve had to call or text her to inquire on status of my car as well having to ask for clarification on what my car needed. Although she did provide that please remember that this is not my expertise. I did not feel heard. In addition There have been other similar incidents with 2 other male staff members. I must say that today the only positive interaction I’ve had with going to your dealership has been with the person who assisted with checking out.

Even while experiencing technical difficulties, they were able to make sure I had a loaner car in a very timely way. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
He told me would take 3 to 4 hours but only took an hour. He was friendly. I love the wait room very nice!

Had to wait pretty long (20mins) just to check in for my appointment. Then took another 2+ hours for just an oil change. Everything seemed fine with the service, but with a wait like that, I probably won’t be back. Nice customer lounge though.
