I was Very impressed by the gentleman who processed the paper work on my car it was due for a free maintenance services , his politeness's n profesionalismo deserves to be recognized I was also very pleased with the waiting area very clean good snacks n coffee , TV Netflix for Free ! Yay too bad that on sales dept ( manager level) almost 2 yrs ago was the worst experienced I ever had :( that’s why I leased my 4th car in Downey not at the dealer close to my home Where i leased 3 previous cars - they need Training asap-
