Being HONEST about the service needed was greatly appreciated. Rene did an excellent job in telling me what was really needed and I made him aware I was not interested in any extras. Up selling creates mistrust when doing routine maintenance. Salespeople only belong in the sale of the vehicle. Not in the service department, if you want to have long lasting customers, which should be the expectation of any business to be successful!
