A little longer than I expected with appointment but was impressed with the service and video feedback from mechanics. You should advertise that people can shop nearby while waiting for their car. Saw a couple people come back from Home Goods store. Great idea. Will definitely return!

I sent an email response to Allyson who helped me today via the Hyundai app expressing my experience and disappointment. I this was my first visit to the service department. After buying my car about six weeks ago. The service representatives at the counter were very kind and helpful. John also answered some questions about my tires on my car due to one getting a rock in it when driving from Vail, Colorado over Christmas. I don’t know your routine service quite yet, but it seemed that my car was washed which I appreciate greatly. The front window left driver’s window left driver’s mirror and left passenger window. We’re not completely clean so I had to go by the car wash to touch them up since going back to work tomorrow. The only other thing I would give feedback to is it would be nice if someone would’ve kept me abreast to how my diagnostic was going they told me over the phone would be 2 to 3 hours and ended up being 3 1/2 before I was ever contacted, I drop by a couple of times, but nothing was told to me as to the status of my car. The experience went well. Check-in was easy and I didn't mind the wait because of all the stores nearby. Previously I brought my Ioniq 5 to a dealership in Glendale for it's first service and had a bad experience, so this was a welcome relief to have nothing go wrong.
