The customer service was great, but when I picked up the car, I was told there was no need for a service. They only did a tire rotation, which is the same thing they did two months ago. It felt like a waste of time just for a tire rotation. I’m also confused because I received an email saying the car needed the 13k service, but no service was actually necessary.
