Jasmine was excellent. I love my Hyundai Santa Fe & your service is great. My concern is 1) the added charge for using my credit card, 2) the high charge to change my filters, 3) the time it took to do the regular service. (I make an early service appointment early morning , to avoid delays). I was promised 1 1/2 hours. It took 2 & 1/2 hours & 4) please have your car cleaners do a more thorough job of cleaning the exterior. Thank you. Joe DiMassa

The service representatives are very friendly and it’s evident they are trying to help when they are serving you. However, getting the attention of service representatives or updated information about my vehicle is difficult. I was not often updated (maybe once every 2 or 3 days), and the had to call several times as the voicemail of the representative did not seem to be working. I appreciated the loaner vehicle, but it would be much nicer to get a vehicle commensurate with my vehicle when it’s being serviced for a warranty issue. In my case, a perk of my job is that I can charge my car for free. With the loaner vehicle being a gas vehicle, I had to pay for gas I wouldn’t ordinarily need to purchase. With no clear timeline and lack of a diagnosis, I was left with an ongoing cost and I was told I could not be reimbursed. Ultimately, I appreciate that my car was fixed and that the representatives were very nice, but more consistent attention and organization would have been nice, and more effort to aid me in my gas cost issue.

Jasmine was super helpful and friendly, and went above & beyond to get me and my vehicle taken care of. I have always received good service at Cardinale Way Hyundai after having less than satisfactory experiences elsewhere, but Jasmine really set the standard when it comes to friendliness and attention to detail. She will be my go-to from here forward when taking my vehicle in for service!
