Allyson was so very helpful with our car. She explained everything in detail as to what the possible problem could be. Our car had to stay most of the day for the diagnosis on the computer system of our car to be completed.
Allyson made sure we had a loaner car however long it would take to complete the job.

I am beyond Impressed, Grateful, Amazed at the Wonderful service I received from Cristian Juarez. I took my car in as it seems the thermostat thingy was sticking, not only did Cristina text me all throughout the day with updates on what was going on with my car but he called around to other dealers to see if they had the part, unfortunately it had to be ordered, however the part came in right away and my car is all fixed.
