A shout out to John, service manager, for being helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. However, I was really disappointed when I picked up my car from the dealership after the vehicle was detailed inside and out with a ceramic coating. There was residue on the car from the coating. After I pointed it out, Christian drove it back to the detailer to whip the car clean. When it was brought out again, there was still residue that hadn’t been wiped clean. The service manager with a cloth, and I went all thru the car again. The service manager shouldn’t have had to do that. I paid $1,295 for this service so I expected everything to be wiped clean. Other than that, I am really happy with my car in general.

miles out of my warranty to replace a very expensive part and going far and beyond makes a big difference for customers because her hard work is now getting me 85% off for Hyundai to pay for a very expensive part that I was worried that I would not be able to afford . I’ve bought into a Hyundai cars from this dealership as well, so this is truly a very loyal place. They’re very honest and everyone on this team is great and amazing. Allison seriously deserves like an employee of the month award or some type of gift card.
