My vehicle was misdiagnosed again. Told I needed work I did not need . Stopping payment I paid yesterday . I originally brought my car to you in February after being told by another mechanic I needed an engine . We looked up the warranty extension and my car fell into each category. Your tech said I needed a trans sensor . I paid $1600 only to have my car to the same thing . Took it back to you and was told I needed a alternator . I removed my car and took it to another mechanic and was told my alternator was fine but I had a code that indicated I need an ENGINE ! Your technician is obviously not diagnosing properly. I will be filing a complaint and want all my money I have paid to this dealership.

Christian was very helpful and did all he could to help me. However, I waited four and one half hours to be told a part needed to be ordered. Why couldn’t the technician tell me in a more timely manner so my day wasn’t impacted.
