Customer service was great from everyone I interacted with in the service dept. But why schedule an appointment if it's still going to take over two hours to complete an oil change on a car? Ridiculous. They also didn't reset the oil life counter on my car or put a sticker in the window for when to get another oil change.
Allyson was quick and professional. Helped me get the right service and provide information about future needed service. She even provided a coupon for alignment, which I appreciated as a long-term customer. Excellent service rep!
