The technician got the car very dirty inside. Hand prints on the white door panels and the steering wheel was very dirty upon returning the vehicle.

It took almost 3 full days to get a charcoal canister changed. There were no updates from the service advisor. I called 7 times and texted once and never got a replay. In my 7 calls I was only able to reach the dealerships receptionist once... Never the service department
