Thought Hyundai of Glendora gave a courtesy wash after every service. Not this time. My steering wheel was full of grease as well as my shifter from the mechanic. Understanding the injectors for my vehicle all need to be replaced because of poor quality. After being on a long trip I had to return after 150 mi because of my injector going out. Now in the future I can't rely on this vehicle.

He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated, and made sure all of my questions were answered. Saul was friendly and accommodating to my service needs. He explained everything to me about what would be taken care of. He also explained with his expertise that this situation is common with my vehicle. It would be great if the Hyundai company would take care of the other three cylinders that will eventually have the same problem. I was on a long trip and after 150 mi had to turn around and come home for repair. I have a feeling I can't use this vehicle for long trips until the rest of the cylinders are taken care of by Hyundai.

We will not be back. We are very disappointed in the service we received. At first we were told that our car was having issues because we haven’t kept up with our oil changes before the advisor even looked at our history and saw that we have been consistently getting our oil change near every 5k miles as recommended. Then the story changed to the car never being serviced when we had a service at 30k miles. We don’t feel as though we can trust that the work we are paying for is truly being performed on the vehicle. Then come to find out that the warranty that we clearly paid for in our contract is not the one the put us under in the system.
Fabian did a great job getting my info into ur system, I was comfortable in ur new waiting room, while waiting for the service to be completed
in the time frame he said it would be done in.
