Cristian Juárez was has been a very dependable and a kind service associate. He was able to get my vehicle checked in on time and made sure all my first maintenance needs were taken care of care of. I received a phone call and text message the same day for pick up from him. I appreciate him making sure he contacted me that my vehicle was ready in a timely manner. This was a great experience for me as a customer of a new vehicle.
I was expected to pay $299 to diagnose each of two concerns that happen very randomly. One is the transmission, which has already been replaced once. And, the other is the lift gate, which there have been three different attempts to fix already.
Yall are the worst. My car had 3 issues going in - paint chipped (4th time, its an annual thing i guess), front wheel chunking, and suspension squeaking. The paint issue apparently has an 8 month wait list. The front wheel was diagnosed a $3k fix and the suspension a $5k fix, replacing several parts. The tech also recommended oil and air filter replacement, even though I had just come in for regular service which included these items. I refused service, and a local body shop told me they tightened some lug nuts and cleaned the other stuff. Suspiciously, the sound started right after I took it in for maintenance around a month ago. So you are charging me $8k to fix a problem your maintenance team caused, that is actually a less than 1 hour fix, tightening things up. Absolutely outrageous. AND to suggest replacing two things you had charged me to replace a month ago. ABSURD. Literally the worst. I dont know why I ever expect this place to get better.

I brought my car in weeks ago for regular service and recall issues. The regular service was fine, but for the recall, the rep said they needed to order the part for the rear camera and call me when it’s in so I can come in and have it repaired… I’m still waiting and haven’t heard back. In addition, I have tried to call and no one answers the phones at the service department in Glendora! If I press one, I don’t speak to a live person. It’s a virtual attendant, if I press number two, no one answers the phone ever!
Saul did a great job, not the first time either pretty much why I came back
Saul was great.Not only was he able to fit me in a very busy Saturday, but was able to set me up with a loaner. There was a bit of an issue with work when I got my car back. However, when I went back later in the day, Saul was right on top of it and got it taken care of. Great guy and top notch service.
