We purchased the car with a small dent and was scheduled to have it removed.. they said it would take less than an hour to have it removed. My husband waited for over 5 hrs just waiting in the lobby...
Dent removal service was great... waiting with no update wasn't... my husband had to keep asking what the delay was... come to find out he wasn't on premises. Not cool.

For the professional jobs done
Service rep was annoyed that I did not have an appointment. She kept telling me my car would be there alll day .She even said, while we don’t look busy we have cars in the back. After waiting there for 4 hours, I decided to leave. Only then is when I got the text my car would be looked at. Dropped off the car at 7:45am and got it back at 4pm. I felt my car was not looked at until 1pm as she was annoyed since I did not have an appointment. She demonstrates her frustration. The dealership is vet expensive so have a little courtesy so customers come back.
Allyson said my car would be ready in about an hour and a half. That was right on, almost exactly an hour and a half.
Allyson Maring was excellent. However I was not happy with the fact that since my car engine was replaced within a few months and I was responsible for paying to have the hoses replaced. I was informed hoses were not covered under warranty.
Were the hoses from the previous engine just reused? If so, then what is the quality of service?
If they were new hoses why I am responsible to pay approximately $1,200 to replace potentially faulty hoses?
Like I previously said Allyson Maring customer service is absolutely top notch.
However, I do not plan on bringing my Hyundai back for service any longer and will I will warn others about the quality of service as well.
Again, I want to strongly reiterate that Allyson Maring is not the problem what so ever.
Everything was done promptly and professionally.
