John TAit has done a great job keeping me informed of a complex car problem. However the job is not complete yet.
I had questions regarding two driving issues that he was able to explain to me which was a big help
Christian was super helpful and friendly. He apologized and felt bad when I found out that the car washing staff is no more I have always looked forward to that wash .Ping is wonderful and alway hug him when I get to see him .Always smiles from both the guys .

Service advisors were great but I was kind of disappointed that I wasn't informed about a loaner not being given until inspection was complete. It makes sense, but there wasn't communication that there would be a 48 hour wait for the inspection until I had already driven from LA to drop off the vehicle.
The rest of the process was smooth outside of getting myself home and back to pick up the loaner. Was also mildly disappointed the car wasn't cleaned after being there for 3-4 days.
Driving home the alignment was still the same pulling to the left. I called Hyundai to talk to you but got Cristian Juarez instead. I explained the problem and set an appointment to correct the alignment again tomorrow at 1:30 to fix the problem
Everything was great today. ALLYSON was fast, friendly and efficient. It was a pleasure having my car serviced.
Horrible service I paid $85 for a **** **** head like that didn’t even match. I would probably never come back to you guys.

It was easy to make a service appointment, and the work took less time than quoted.
Associate followed up on my inquiry of getting touch up paint, Service was completed within wait time given.
This service, I got back in my car and noticed the seat and or mirrors had not been adjusted. Very satisfying. Last check up, I had to readjust everything. Happy campers!

When I purchased the vehicle there was an issue with the keys. I basically had to argue for some form of accommodation after waiting 8 hours on the lot in hopes they would find a key. As a form of accommodation I recieved 2 free oil changes and 2 free tanks of gas. I called and made an appointment for 9 am stating it was for an oil change and gas. I arrived and was informed they did not order the oil filter. I waited 3 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change. I went to the service associate to ask for an update and he stated he was waiting on receiving the Gas card from his manager. I went back 15 minutes later and asked if he could ask again. I strongly believe an oil change and tank of gas should not take nearly 4 hours. Again my appointment was at 9 am and I left the lot at 12:50pm
Was really thankful we could borrow a loaner vehicle. Thank you Cristian!
