Hello, I had a great experience with with Saul Mejia. Super nice very articulate great energy. He got me checked in and finished the car pretty fast a little over an hour and a half and then I got really busy with a lot of people coming in at around 10 to 1030. My problem was that I was under the understanding that when you get an oil change or service on your car at the dealership that they would wash it and he said that recent layoffs, there’s nobody to wash the cars anymore. I thought part of the dealership experience was that you had that is part of your service? I’m also having some trouble with some of the things that happened when I bought this car and the paperwork and I’d like to talk with somebody about it. Thank you Noel S

When car has been moving and comes to a stop the idle is not smooth it still has vibration/rumbling

Excellent experience with the service on my Hyundai Accent. Saul and his team listened to my every need and took care of me while my car was being serviced. I definitely feel like a valued customer especially after Saul explained the parts, the cost and possible savings. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It's almost like I have a brand new car. Well done Saul and Hyundai!

Absolutely disappointed with Hyundai’s disposable engines. This is my second Hyundai, and both engines have failed — my Elantra’s engine died at 73K miles, and now my Tucson’s engine has failed at just 85K. Hyundai says it’s out of warranty, which is ridiculous for a company that claims to build reliable cars. Clearly, Hyundai vehicles don’t last beyond 80K miles. Very disappointing experience — I’ll never buy another Hyundai again.

The paint job on the car looks very nice. The work was done on time. Thank you so much. Also thank you for the complimentary wheel alignment recommended by Firestone on the post purchase check up they did. Everyone was very nice during my visit today.
