After a paint warranty repair my car came back with over spray throughout the vehicle, grease stains. When I took it to you for detail I had to take it several times, because only certain sections were detailed at a time. Then I noticed the frame around my radio was damage. I rather you talk to my attorney.

Glendora Hyundai has truly had a 180 overhaul, in the best way, since the new service manager and service team started. Cristian Juarez was wonderful and explained the current needs of my car and was patient with me answering my questions in details. He made friendly conversation and informed me the pleasant and comfortable waiting area, wait time, check ins, and even washed the exterior of my car even though this isn’t provided in the service department anymore. Wow! I used to loathe having to ge t my car services because I had to drive 45 minutes to another dealership to avoid the previously cranky service department, but am so thrilled I can make appointments with my neighborhood Glendora. The service department was great. Very knowledgeable in their job.The dealership was nice and clean.. staff workers were professional as they did their jobs.
I had an appointment at 2:30 and it took almost 2 1/2 hours for me to get an oil change which I believe is an excessive amount of time. Saul was very nice however some of the other service advisors were not. One of the young ladies had a mental breakdown and began to cry because she felt overwhelmed and was unable to contain her emotions.. I tried to encourage her however, she ignored me and just walked away.
