I was happy with the end result. However I was disappointed that a loaner car wasn't available. I had to spend time getting a rental and then returning the car.
My appointment was for 9 AM. They didn't end up taking my vehicle in till close to 10 AM. A service that only took 30 minutes. I was there for an hour and a half unacceptable.
Always treated very kindly when I bring my car in. And they are all pretty true to their word on the timeframe that it would take for me to get my car back to me after my service.

Service was great and everybody was super friendly. I was disappointed though that I didn't get my car washed as normal - that free car wash makes the long wait not seem so bad. I was also surprised when (after the servive) when I got in my car & turned on the radio it was blasting. The volume was way higher than I would ever set it. Perhaps the mechanics need a radio.

Coming from multiple terrible experiences at a different location, I lost nearly all my faith in Hyundai in general but Fabian single handedly restored some of that faith. He was very understanding and very helpful, definitely going to keep coming back to the Glendora location from here on out!
As you know I believed I stil had one free oil change. You said no.
In checking my records when I got home. I show 1 Chanel on 1/24/24, #2 on 10/11/24, #3 on 8/13/25.
Tell me the date on telegram other one. And make sure it was the 2023 Sonata and one of the other Hyundai's we have owned.
Car was finished in a timely manner and was treated very professionally.
