Ken Boeve: The service representative that I worked with was fantastic. Very customer oriented and friendly. I was not happy with the fact that the dealership does not appear to provide shuttle or lift rides home for customers who are having their vehicles serviced. This once was an offering in the past. This most recent visit, the work that was performed came to over $1000. This seems to be a logical threshold to provide customer rides to or from home while there’s vehicle is being serviced at this dealership. Additionally, I was not happy with the quote provided for a new set of Michelin tires. The quote was more than double the going market price at other organizations. I do realize prices at dealerships are higher than at other repair shops and facilities. It is just mind-boggling how this example for me is. The staff at this dealership is fantastic and I look forward to having my vehicle serviced here because of that. I had my car dropped off and after almost 3 weeks received no updates. I tried calling but the phone would continually ring with no option to leave a message for the service department. I even called Sales and asked to leave a note for service to return my call but never heard back. I finally had to drive to the department to ask for an update and was told my car was completely torn apart as they waited for parts to come. I was told they were very short staffed which is why they were unable to update me. I expressed my annoyance and dissatisfaction with the service associate Cristian Juarez who apologized and said he would personally update me moving forward. After this encounter, my experience completely turned around. Cristian was incredible helpful and kept me informed every step of the way, communicating by phone and even text when I was at work and unable to answer. He answered all my questions and explained in detail what was going on with my car. I felt reassured that my car was in good hands week by week as the updates came in. I was quite impressed with the level of service provided at this point given their staffing issues. I hope Cristian gets recognized for his efforts and used as an example for improving customer service

Saul was a great help. Solved my front light that was out with a bulb replacement. He did the work! I was in and out in no time. Saul was very friendly and upbeat. Great experience!

Allyson Maring made sure to provide clear, step by step insight on dealing with my vehicle issue. I felt supported and heard when discussing potential follow up appointments that might be necessary. Thankfully, my problem was resolved in an extremely timely manner, and urgency was acknowledged without sacrificing quality service. I have no doubt that I could rely on Allyson and staff to deal with any future service requests with the same care and professionalism. Truly appreciate the experience.

Every time I go for car service I am grateful that Cristian Juarez was always the one that is assigned to me. He embodies what a customer service person should be. He is fast, friendly, respectful and thorough. Just perfect!

This service dealership is the best! Comfortable while waiting for car. Staff makes you feel welcome and truly cared for. Saul Mejia was very good and explained things and went the extra steps to unbuckle my car seats abd install in loaner car and put back into my own vehicle when done. He also helped me to pair my phone to the loaner car as I wasn’t sure what to do. I would recommend this dealership to people
