Saul was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and personable. He made the whole process very easy and straightforward. I was very happy with the service I received. Saul was quite professional and friendly. I had an unhappy and unexpected experience with rodent damage, but the fact that I was given a loaner while awaiting the insurance inspection and repair made the whole thing that much better. Saul gave me some suggestions to prevent rodent damage and his care and concern were much appreciated!

I had to wait an extremely long time for someone to help me when I first arrived, and also when I returned to pick up my car. The staff there don’t seem to care about giving good customer service and they don’t respect peoples time. It was a very different experience from the last few times I visited this dealership.I doubt that I will ever return to that location.
